First question: Can you get another jet ?
If so, get a replacement jet. If not, clean the passage from both sides, run a soft copper wire through the jet, rinse with carb cleaner, and let it go at that.
In either case, it won't hurt to try gently heating the carb body and putting a drop of your favorite penetrating oil on the jet. Let it cool. Repeat several times. Try tightening it every so slightly with a screwdriver that fits perfectly. Try removing the jet.
If you can find a replacement jet, can't budge it, and are committed to taking it out, you can slowly drill it out by hand. Hold the drill bits in a pin vise or a tap key and work your way out to the threads. Peel the last bit of thread out with an awl. Carefully clean all the swarf out of the carb.
