Not sure if its complete or not, but I would go ahead and use it the way it is. Just make sure those little levers on the lower arms lock into place somehow. Otherwise you're liable to yank something around by the toplink. Looks pretty darn good to me. I wish the 3 pt conversion on my old 340 was as nice as that one. just be careful of the pto shaft if you're using a mower or other pto drive impliment. Could hit the drawbar if it goes up too far.
