According to the parts book, the bolts that connect the flywheel to the crank on a D-282 engine 706 have pn. 323979R1. It shows up as a good number on Messicks' website, but they're about $36 each. If they're available, I'd replace them. Someone like Bates Corp. might have some "good" used ones, but remember, you have used ones now.
There are different bolt lengths for different applications of the D-282. I think the 706's were 1.75 inches long.
