Hydraulic Oil Leaks on 806

I have an 806 and have a couple hydraulic oil leaks. One appears to be on the rear of the tractor near where the 2 point hitch system connects to the tractor. Specifically, the location appears to be where on a traditional 3 point system, the hitch arms connect to the tractor. Another leak is under the steel floorboard where your feet rest. The leak appears to be coming out around the shaft that goes into the transmission from the Hi/Lo/Neutral Shift lever. Any help would be appreciated..
