I have a cub that when I put to full throdle it just does not reve up to top RPM only gets to 1400 rpm Has lots of throdle left on the carb any suggestions so I can get up to the 2000 to 2200 rpm that the specs say. Have put new rings, valve grinds and gaskets Thanks Frank
