Was there more than one option for a B seat? The majority of the seats I see are the same as on the A. Mine is similar to what you would see on a H. If it isn't original, it was put on soon after the tractor was made because it is just as weathered as the rest of the tractor. This is what mine looks like:

If it was a "farm fix" it was a good one because the mount is made to bolt right up to the "C" shaped area of the transmission. Anyone seen this type of seat assy on another tractor type?
I also picked up some parts I needed. Flywheel cover, lower cup for the air cleaner, connecting rod and generator. Think I did alright for $40. I forgot to grab a rod bolt and nut. I have the bolt on my other rod but not the nut. I think I have all the parts I need now. Picked up a set of rod bearings last week. Just need a full set of rings and get the head worked over.
