Hello Dave F., You didn't get the idle circuit cleaned as it's still pluged. Your running on the main jets as you can tell buy the 1200rpm.

I like to use Chemtron Berrium B-12 on carbs and injectors as it will disolve any carbon grime and water salts, thats the white looking stuff in the carb ports. You can get it at any auto parts store. I use Pryol break cleaner for precleaning as it's cheaper. The B-12 is a must for cleaning ports out.
