I dont doubt it Sflem!
I apologize for all the sarcasm on here! (Just havin fun!!! ;)I have TOTALLY "rambled" AND "highjacked" this post!!!!!
So,Trying to answer the ORIGINAl question.Would we say price range for a standard gas M TA would be STARTING at about $3800.00 ON UP!!!!
The REAL expensive ones would have to be more details involved,I guess??(Perfect metal, perfect paint, completely dis assembled, transmission, final drive went completely thru,ALL numbers matching,MAYBE a serial # in the range of the first day of assembly?(I will not even mention brand new Goodyear diamond tires on it!!!!lol) A tractor that is WAY overly restored! I could see THIS putting one in the $10,000.00 range maybe???)
BTW,does this make that Diesel Hi crop M TA with the incorrect parts on engine and missing parts on EBAY ACTUALLY worth $11,000.00 now????? It is WAY more rare than a Standard gas M TA????
It will also cost a TON of money to make that one correct!!!!
And is it also correct to say one usually DOES NOT EVER get the money back out of them that they put into them????(I am not talking about the maintenance stuff,I am talking about the restoration parts, paint, decals, correct headlights, rare accesories, labor, ect.)
I DO get upset for prices being established by the one fact that one person wants to OVERpay for something at a big, national auction, just to get it because he likes to"throw" money around because he can! Now the rest of us can say"Well it must be what they are worth,I saw one go thru Russo/Steele for that amount last week!!"

Well, he decided to go get Mom out of the house and have her drive the tractor while he walked behind the plow. You got to understand that while my Mom is a hard worker who will always help whenever she can... she had never operated farm machinery before that day. Dad got her out there, explained how the clutch was the same as in our o
