You can put F-30 front wheels on a F-20 with out modification, other than getting your caliper out and measuring for a lip seal. When you put cast F-20 wheels on a F-30 you have to chamfer the inner hub because it will hit the back of the spindle. Then you will have to measure for a seal. If I can find the seal box I will give you the number. I know this because I just did it. There may be other ways to do it but this way worked best. The F-30 bearings do fit the F-20 outer races. SB
