Dick, That picture shows exactly what I was telling you about yesterday. There is no way that the quadrant should be that close to the shifter. Loosen up the bolts that hold it in place, and rotate it foreward until the rear of it is at about 15 degrees from vertical. When you do that, you'll probably have to re- adjust the touch control linkage so it all works correctly. Wish I had a picture to show you. -Andy
