Location sets the price. For what you describe, here in PA you won't touch it under $800 - $1000 if it is all there. If it has anything special on it like hydraulics, road gear, etc. etc. push that price up to at least $1200.
Now, depends upon how "stuck" and what the overall condition is. I would start around $750 and see what the seller says being it is in OK, and in the midwest, F30's are much more common than here in PA.
PS running F30's in PA start around $2500 and go up. Not saying that is a fair price or not a fair price, just giving you perspective on location.
