'cause the paint's shiny!!!!! I, at the risk of offending some folks would like to point out that "Completely Restored" should only be used on a tractor or other piece of equipment that has been totally disassembled I mean TOTALLY as in there isn't any two pieces still bolted or pressed together, every piece examined and measured AND REPLACED IF IT IS NOT WITHIN SPECIFICATIONS FOR A NEW PART, then totally reassembled and painted as it would of been when new. I'm guessing that your tractor has been partially refurbished and it'll need some additional repair or refurbishment. If you don't get a similar noise when you push the clutch in and press the Right brake pedal I would think you have a bearing issue on the right side or something loose or worn in the differential. If I were trying to figure it out I think I would jack up the rear end both wheels off the ground engine off and start turning wheel back and forth using brakes and such trying to narrow down where the noise is coming from.
