Probably one hundred loaders are made that could be put on (or adapted to) a 300. if they are one way lift cylinders they are leaking at both the piston packing, and the rod packing. If two way they may just be leaking at the rod packing but are likely to be leaking at both. Almost all cylinders can be rebuilt, some very inexpensively, some not. A picture will do, but we need more info to assist you correctly. Model of loader, or make of cylinder. If in doubt take the cylinders to a hydraulic shop. Be safe, set the bucket on a sturdy low support before removing the cylinders. Cap the hoses and cylinders before removing the pins. Jim
