I just finished breaking 2 of them apart at the same time to mate good front with good back. I welded up a frame to hold the rear. I drilled holes in a 36" length of angle iron and bolted it to the back of the engine (where the gas tank support was) and used a come-along and chain to support the fronts to the overhead of my RV port. It worked well. That way it is eazy to line up the clutch, raising and lowering the front.
