You can put the Super M carburetor on the H IF you also replace the manifold with either a Super H, 300, or 350 manifold, OR use an aftermarket replacement manifold for an H.
I suppose the H carburetor COULD be put on the Super M, but you would need to make quite a few modifications, and even if you did, that Super M would be WAY down on power, IF it even ran at all.
