Thats the mower that I have on my 154 cub lo-boy. Don't really know if you can use it under your cub but if you do I would suggest that you mount an idler pully at the midpoint of the mower on the back side. I think there is a stud sticking up that the belt rubs against. grind the stud weld on the underside of the mower and the stud will punch out. then mount the pulley in that hole. this will keep the belt from flopping up and down and from rubbing against the drive belt that comes from the rear pto. there was also a modification to the spindles. IH made them bigger and stronger. you might want to check with an IH dealer. ok good luck
