Ive got a late 39 H and have been going through the same delema. My block is good but needs a full rebuild Right now I have anther H motor in it and maybe one day I will rebuild the original. I have been asking myself how much difference in price there might be if one day I sold it. If it would be an early one like my M there would be no question but this one is almost a 40.
