Damon You will have to remove the whole sear from the deck. This might not be easy because of rust, you may just need new screws going back togeather. Then remove the sheld in front of the gear shift so you can get at the three screws that hold the tube manifold to the hyd valve. They should be 3/8 with 9/16 head, not real easy but it can be done. Put new o rings under manifold and just reverse the prosses to go back togeather.
