Copper coat spray on head gaskets. Hi-Tac brush on for cork (one side only) #2 permatex non-hardening for waterpumps and coolant fittings and access panels. rarely, do I use RTV, onl to make a seal where there is no available gasket, and then with a very carefully placed skiff of material to avoid squish out and system contamination. Teflon tape is a choice for threaded fittings (careful wrapping to avoid shreads getting into the system). Jim
