There was different variations of governors sold. This picture is one type of M&W with 2 weights. Notice the 2 weight pins are retained by a long cottor pin thats different from the way IH retained them. Thompson also had one with the weights like that. Heisler and some aftermarket parts places sold a kit with weights like that and they used the same IH throttle tube to carburetor. Probably some variations around I haven't saw besides the 4 weight M&W and Thompson or Rocket.
