Your pump is gonna need between about 11 - 13 HP when working at capacity.
That's a LOT for a belt-driven pump. It will require 2 - 3 belts to work reliably - and probably 4 belts if you want it to work when the belts get dusty, wet, etc.
You will find direct drive from the front of the crankshaft much more satisfactory. My Oliver 1600 industrial is set up this way and it works great. (Only problem is you gotta disconnect the pump to change the fan belts.)
