Are you sure your rim isnt mounted bad on the center. If that isnt the problem the axle in the final drive is bent to make the wheel wobble a bad bearing would make the wheel tilt inward with the wt of the tractor causing that. You better jack it up so you can determine what is causing the wobble. Does it make a terrible noise when driving slow cause if the bearing is shot the gears would not mesh very good and make a bad noise.
