Interior rust is something that I had not considered and you are probably on the right track. Tractor set for years outside with minimum use. It had aquired so much moisture in both fluid reservior that when first checked levels they were full to top, was like spoiled milk. Cleaned and changed but with T/A not working I suppose those parts wouldnt be moving correcly anyway. No way to look at it without splitting tractor is there? No inspection plate? Greg
