I got my 6 IH tractors out today and exercised them all. It had been 6 months since some of them had ran. No dead batteries, but a couple other problems cropped up. Fuel leak on the MD at the water trap bowl. Looks like the new gasket I put in there a couple years ago has been eaten up by the diesel fuel. I believe it was an original IH part too. The IH 140 which has fluid in the tires (It's a working tractor) has a bad valve on one of the rear tires which so far I have not been able to get off to replace. Hope I don't have to go to the tire shop!! These old tractors are amazing!! They all started right up and ran great, even after sitting for 6 months.
