I would make them if I were you. The dealer has them, but they are pricey. I think it will cost $10 for a set. If they sell Ford parts there are rubber pads under the radiator of the N series tractors that are the same thing but cheaper (at least now days. I'm talking same part different package.)
Go to the LOCAL tire shop with your cordless drill and a hole saw. Ask if you can cut some holes in their junk tires and your done. Don't try it at any of those stupid chain stores. Way too many rules so they probably won't let it happen.
I am going to start doing it even on restorations. There isn't much difference and not enough to be able to tell.
