Dad had a 1066 hydro for quite a few years,put about 7000 hrs on it & never had any hydro trouble.We used to to pull 24' of IH 620 drills,baled with it and it ran a IH 914 pt combine too.On the drills it was hard on fuel,but pretty good for pto work.They told us when I took my HD mechanics that the worst thing for a hydro was dirt or heat.
