Your tires are 12x38 and not 12.4x38? If so, I assume you are asking whether the tires had ever been changed. I think I have some 50 yr old tires but I don't want to use them. Tractors used hard may have had the tires replaced after several years, so it is reasonable that your tractor, indeed, has had the tires replaced and did not use the original size. I never expect to see the factory tires on a 50 year old tractor. Maybe on a solid tire hay rake.
