This sounds like a C or H Farmall. Is the seat attached to a box with a large hole in the rear? If so, it's a C. A C with that S/N would be a '51 model. If the seat has a pipe support under it, it sounds like an H. An H with that S/N would be a '41 model. Neither tractor is worth $4,200. More like $2,000 max for a nice working tractor with a rotary mower. Let us know what the prefix is on the S/N (FBH for the H and FC for the C), if the plate is readable it will be on the painted part of the tag.
Another possibility is that it's a 200 or 300. These would be worth only slightly more than a C or H and can be identified by their chrome emblems on the hood instead of decals.
