Interesting....a metal fabricator put a lot of time/effort into it's construction!
Since it's a "cold" manifold design (there's no hot spot on the intake above the carburetor) it MIGHT be good for an extra HP or two over a stock manifold.
OTOH it will be more problematic running lightly loaded under carb icing conditions (high humidity and temps between about 30 and 50 degF)
