Scrappers aren't going to pay more than $300-400 for it unless they're total idiots. There's less than 2 tons of actual metal there, plus they have to haul it, then strip all the non-metal parts off it, and cut it up into scrap-friendly pieces, OR take a lower price for "dirty" scrap at the yard.
Of course there are idiots out there that will pay $600 for the tractor, sell it to the yard for $250 per ton, and think they're making a profit.
