I guess I should have known about copper taking a set and getting stiff. I can remember when I was still an electrician we would renovate old buildings and the larger wiring would be real hard to pull out of the pipes. A few years ago I put a manual oil pressure gauge on my pickup and hooked it up with copper tubing. Made a couple of loops near the engine to absorbe the vibration. Guess I'll have to watch it now. Copper just made me feel more secure than that nylon tubing that comes with the gauge. It made a lot of noise for a while but now it is quite.
