Single front, dual front and wide front are all easily interchangable on H Super H. Same four bolts attaching single front will attach dual front. Watch the one bolt with elongated head and put in the same location with the replacement front. This one acts as a stop keeping the front from turning too far. You have to turn the front just right to get an open end wrench up in to hold each bolt from turning while removing the nut. Try Bates Corp. 4917 14th Road Bourbon In 46504 800 248-2955 www.batescorp.com. I have had good service from them and received used parts in good condition. The Super H was only built 53 and 54. The 54s had live Hyd. and most (if not all) 53s had belly pump. Should be able change over to live. Again try Bates. It will be quite a bit of work. To do it IH moved the battery box from half under fuel tant in 53 back under the seat in 54 to make room for the hyd. resevoir and valve. That means a different seat assembly. I considered it for my 53 Super H but soon dismissed it due to work and cost. Mine is not a working tractor but a toy. If you are working it live hyd. may be worth it. I changed from dual narrow front to Schwartz wide front. Hang onto that single front. They are fairly rare.

He owned a small sawmill for sawing "baccer" sticks. The Super A was the powerplant. When I was old enough (7 or 8), I would get up early and be dressed to
