Around 10 yrs ago I purchased a 3 pt for my C which never was right. Geometry was all wrong, and I had to remove the factory drawbar, and the two arms for the rockshafts flexed badly when placing any down pressure on it. I ended up replacing both with one length of chain which believe it or not helped, but I ended up selling the setup. However, using a length of chain lets you test for proper length before you fab the arm to the rockshaft - I would likely use solid rod of some sort or square tubing. That length is pretty critical or it will either not raise enough or not low enough. I saw one home built rig and the lower arms were just TSC arms connecting by replacing the lower rear bolts where the factory hitch bolts on. That one looked very good, almost as if it was factory built, and I wish I would have had a camera to take a photo of the setup.
