Needs a wheel and tires... asking $1500 for it? That's about $2K for a rear wheel and 4 tires and you end up with $3500 in it before you even try to get it running. Running and with tires it would be about a $3000- 3500 tractor, so you have to ask yourself, "Do I take a chance on it costing a minimal amount or maybe cost a couple grand to get it running?" big chance to be taking if you ask me.
