You should have no problem with 4-16 behind a 706. Years ago I pulled 4-16 with a Farmall 656 just east of Plainview, MN when I worked for Schultz Imp. If you can find a semi-mount plow like a #540 or a #510 you will do just fine if you use the draft control hitch to transfer a little weight to the rear wheels of the tractor. The picture is of a #535 plow 3-14 that my Dad pulled for years with a Farmall 350 on his farm just south of St Charles. Good luck charlie
