Hey FB - Found the same thing when I dropped the pan on my newly acquired Super H last year. There was a 1" layer of stuff about the consistancy of fresh glazing compound in the bottom of the pan. And there was a pinhole in the oil pickup float that had let it sink into the gunk in the pan. Surprisingly the rest of the motor was fairly clean inside. Got all the gunk cleaned out and the pickup float drained and patched. Tractor now shows 50+ psi of oil pressure.
