Sheet metal and valve cover was probably removed for a reason. Checking everything over is the only way to know what you have. Looks to have a 2 point hitch. It is a 560, a 460 would have a serial # plate on the right side about where the gas line is passing. Frame rails wouldn't be straight at the rear bolt points if a 460. Also that center housing casting would be longer if a 460. You can find the 560 serial plate on the right side of the center housing with maybe power steering lines partly blocking veiwing it.
