450D injector pump

I noticed that after runnin by 450D for a few minutes and then opening up the top oil level petcock on the injector pump, i get a bunch of dsl fuel runnin out. I'm guessing that the seal inside is letttin that oil resavoir fill with dsl and mix with the oil? Should I go ahead and pull the pump and have somebody replace that seal? While its off, what other seals should i have replaced in it? Thanks in advance!
