Ken location across the country makes a large difference in value, even on a first year tractor like your H. My observation is that the 1939 Hs and Ms command a $500-1,000 premium over later produced tractors. Depending on whether you have the belt pulley and electrics, that could probably trade in a range of $2,000-3,000 in central Indiana. Just my opinion only.
