Hello Jack, Take the tie rods off both sides and see if the steering wheel turns. If it does jack up the front end and try and turn wheels by hand. If wheels turn easy without binding by hand then power steering unit has a problem. With out a gauge it's hard to say what is the problem in the PS hydraulics. T_bone
