If the loader booms are really 2-way, they are probably dry on the top side if you just installed the loader.

Try re-filling the reservoir once and raising the boom arms the rest of the way. When you let them down the oil will push into the top sides of the cylinders.

ONLY do this if you are 100% sure that the cylinders are two-way. If the boom cylinders are only 1-way, you will end up with a mess somewhere.
