The guy is either a crook, a jerk, lazy, extremely slow in the head, or, any combination of the above. We all get it. Do you? There are hundreds of parts yards and dozens of Ebay sellers more honest and pleasant to deal with than this clown.
For your sanity, stop trying to buy parts from this guy. He has wronged you a half-dozen times. If he sends the parts to be melted down, so be it. They were probably junk anyway. He's not going to suddenly repent and become a wonderful, honest, and legit tractor parts seller. It ain't going to happen.
