The people who are paid to think aren't doing their job.
All sales that are shipped should have tracking numbers accessible to the buyer. That one is so obvious. Why shouldn't both sides of the transaction be held to the same level of proof. The buyer has PayPal or bank statements. The seller has tracking numbers. Credits should not be posted to a seller's account until the tracking number is verified.
Return shipping should be paid by seller. That keeps the seller honest by not sending junk. Yes, buyers can abuse that privilege and should be banned when it happens.
Return shipping should automatically be paid at the original listing price regardless whether combined shipping was offered. Marty scams everyone when he calculates return shipping on a single item in a combined shipping shipment.
