You could be right but it looks like a bubble that popped and left a small crater. I don't think it's a crack, I really think it's a casting flaw. The JB weld is an idea I considered but the hole is so small that I'm not sure if I could get the JB Weld forced into the hole well enough to seal it. I've had mixed luck with JB Weld on cast iron in the past.
Any thoughts on weather or not there is enough circulation in my non-water pump system for Bars Leak to work? Dave
