That asking price really is not that far off. If it were me buying it, I would want to either hear it run first, or be assured it WILL run. The weathered rear tires concern me also, but the amount I would want to deduct for the tires is probably offset by the loader, so I guess if I wanted it bad enough, I'd just cough up the $1,100 and be happy.
