Will a 300 pull 3-14's? Yes, but maybe not. I have pulled 3-14's with a warmed up Super H, which is comparable to the 300 in power & weight, but it was in good soil. Your soil may, or may not, be as good for plowing.
If your soil is heavy and sticky, you will want the M, if not maybe the 300 is enough. Live hydraulics, live PTO and the TA on the 300 make it very attractive.
