I've owned and put lots of hours on both tractors. I love the raw power the M delivers. i like the way it will chug up a hill in 5th gear. The 300 doesn't do eather of those things well. If the 300 has a working TA that would be a big plus for it. I would buy which ever tractor is in the best condition for the price.Keep us informed and show us some pics of both tractors. Kent
