a lot depends on your area, and how good the sheet metal is on the tractor, the condition of the tires, etc. Personally I would not pay more than $600 for a non-working "A" but that's me, the bushhog would add another $200 - $700 (or more) depending on the make, model, size and condition.

Here in South Central PA, a Super A with hydrolics, full set of cultivators, 80% tires, and a front loader bucket, running with straight tin, just sold in the paper for $1400 (which I thought was low, by the way)
