You'll have to measure the bolt spacing and see if an aftermarket supplier still carries coulter blades for you.
I purchased the outer bearing cups from CIH four years ago and they had to come from different locations and they may have been the last pieces available. You'll have to get the numbers off the parts and go in and see what you can get.
One thing I do: get a new "axle" bolt, and then shim, or bush, the inner bore of the bearing cones to fit tight on the new bolt. It is not wearing in the correct spot, but it will be significantly tighten up the coulter and it will be fine as long as you don't have to plow an entire quarter each fall.
