You need to look behind the front wheel drive cover on left side, which is of course behind the aux fuel tank if it has one. Probably a broken fork on reverse providing all external linkage is moving the reverse shift lever. Remember, they have a seperate lever on cover operating reverse, not like an 06 series that was all in one lever going through cover.
